ELEK EMBER explores the protean sounds of drones, throbbings and oscillations with a noisy energy mixed with technoid rhythms. When improvising Emilie Zawadzki and Sigolène Valax favor experimental materials and make the heat of analog instruments perceptible.

Their musical gestures develops a polyphonic sensory experience. ELEK EMBER forges its identity through electronic beats, organic pulses and creates an irrational space suspended where melodious and dissonant sequences are organized in micro temporal layers.

Their duo develops an interest in granular masses and frequencies rough which pivot on clear and structured rhythms until saturating them towards sounds of abstract noise. They have performed in Paris, La Maison des Métallos, Londres, New River Studio, Berlin, Griessmuehle.
